- Processing bank transactions: must be processed by the 15th of the following month
 - Draft VAT return: within 15 days after the end of the following month of the tax return period; final submission in time before the statutory deadline (after your approval).
 - Response times during service hours (Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00): first substantive response within 1–2 business days depending on impact.
