Junior Business Consultant
Remote
As a Junior Business Advisor, you'll work entirely from home. You'll delve full-time into the data of a group of Dutch companies in our portfolio. You'll unravel collected sources, identify bottlenecks and opportunities, and translate these into sharp, actionable advice. You'll report to your manager at Bizolve in English (our working language), and then pass the advice on to the owners.
This is an analytical role with strategic impact. We're looking for someone who isn't just focused on numbers, but also thinks: why do things happen and what can we do about them tomorrow?
Responsibilities
- Ownership of the full insight cycle for any business: data collection, cleansing, analysis, conclusions, advice.
- Build and maintain monthly and quarterly management reports, written in clear English.
- Conduct financial deep dives: margin analysis, cash conversion, pricing and cost drivers, working capital, scenarios, and stress tests.
- Perform strategic assessments: market dynamics, segmentation, pricing power, product and client mix, channel performance, and prioritization frameworks.
- Develop KPI dashboards that actually drive behavior — limited, measurable, actionable.
- Formulate and test hypotheses through cohort analysis, funnel diagnosis, and unit economics.
- Identify risks and leading indicators early — we operate a no surprises standard.
- Produce concise advisory memos with concrete next actions, owners, and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with your manager to deliver ready-to-present insights for business owners.
Must have
- Strong financial foundation and strategic thinking. MBA, CFA, RC or equivalent qualification (formal or demonstrable by track record).
- 1–5 years of experience in one of the following sectors: corporate finance, strategy/operations, FP&A/BI, performance improvement, transaction services.
- Fluent writer and storyteller in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus for source documents.
- Bias to action: you translate analyses into decisions and results.
- Ethical, discreet and secure handling of company data.
Nice to have
- Experience with SME environments or portfolio/holdco structures.
- Knowledge of pricing, commercial analyses or operational processes (supply chain, planning).
- Convenience with a dashboard design that drivers actually use.
- Affinity with process improvement (LEAN/TOC) and enabling changes.

60,000 PHP per month.
